In the unlikely event that something more important than the 2009 Japan Nash Hash cums up and you have to cancel your registration, we will provide you with two options for cancellation.
Transfer your place to another hasher
The first option is to transfer your place to another hasher. This option is free. How you work out the money for registration is between you and the hasher going in your place. If you need to transfer your place (wanker!) please follow these easy directions:
- E-mail Slammin’ Bambi. Give her your name and the name of the person who will be taking your spot.
- Have the hasher taking your spot register on-line or by e-mailing Slammin’ Bambi.
- Get piss drunk and morn the lost, once-in-a-lifetime opportunity that you just gave up.
**Please note that if haberdashery has already been ordered, we may not be able to change customized items and we cannot guarantee sizes for the new registrant.**
Refund your registration fee
The second option is a refund of your registration payment minus a handling fee. The handling fee is on a sliding scale based on when you cancel:
- up to one month before: full refund minus 5,000 yen handling fee (no haberdashery).
- one month to two weeks before: full refund minus 10,000 yen handling fee (registrant will receive applicable haberdashery depending on their original registration date).
- two weeks to one week before: full refund minus 15,000 yen (registrant will receive applicable haberdashery depending on their original registration date).
- from one week before: no refund (registrant will receive applicable haberdashery depending on their original registration date).
We’re very sorry, but we cannot give refunds for cancellations within one week of the event.
