Please fill in the form below to begin your registration. You will receive a confirmation e-mail, which will include payment directions, within a few days of submitting your registration.

How to Register:
- Check the calendar, and choose the registration option (from the list below) that applies to you. You must pay by the deadline for discounted prices to apply (e.g., for Keener registration you must by by June 1st to get the discount).
- Fill in the on-line registration form below. (If you’d rather not register on-line, contact Slammin’ Bambi.)
- Print out the “How to Pay” directions below.
- Go to the bank and pay.
- Send the Hash Cash an e-mail so she’ll know who your money belongs to.
- Enjoy a beer in celebration of your success.
- Remember to show up on October 10th – See you at 2009 Nash Hash!!
Registration Options:
All registration options include: 2 nights accommodations, 6 meals (Saturday dinner; Sunday breakfast, lunch, and dinner; Monday breakfast and lunch), three or four runs (one with a ballbuster option) beer, habberdashery (*not guaranteed for late registrants), and entertainment.
1. ‘Aren’t you a keener?’ Registration – ¥25,000
- Keener registration is only for those who register AND PAY on or before Monday June 1st.
2. ‘Take your time’ Registration – ¥27,000
- Take your time registration runs from June 2nd to July 31st. You must pay by July 31st to be eligible.
3. ‘Lazy bastard’ Registration – ¥30,000
- Lazy bastard registration runs from August 1st to September 25th. Please note: We cannot guarantee habberdashery for late registrants, and no habberdashery will be customized.
4. One night Registration
- “Take-Your-Time” registration for one night is 20,000 yen (if paid by July 31st), and “Lazy Bastard” registration for one night is 23,000 yen (from August 1st). Haberdashery is included. To register for one night only, fill in the on-line registration form as normal. In the comments box, please indicate that you want to register for one night, and also which night (Saturday October 10th or Sunday October 11th).
How to Pay:
Please submit your payment to the bank below. Be sure to e-mail the Hash Cash after you’ve made your payment with the following information:
- your mortal name
- your hash name
- your name as it appears in the bank transfer
- your phone number
- the date of your payment
- the amount you paid
