FAQ’s

1. The registration form on the registration doesn’t work. How can I register?

Answer: Please e-mail Slammin’ Bambi to register by e-mail.

2. How do I pay?

Answer: Please see the Registration page for details. If you still have questions, please contact Ice Delight.

3. What happens if I need to cancel after I’ve already paid?

Answer: Please see our Cancellation Policy. In short, you have two options:
a. You can transfer your registration to another person. There’s no fee for this. To transfer to another person you must e-mail Slammin’ Bambi to let her know who you’re transferring to, and the person taking over your registration must either register on-line or e-mail e-mail Slammin’ Bambi with their registration details. (**Please note that we will not be able to change the name on customized haberdashery if it has already been made.)
b. We can refund part of your registration fee. The amount refundable will depend on when you cancel. We’re very sorry, but there will be no refunds for cancellations within one week of the event.

11. I can only come for one night. Is there a one-night option?

Answer: Yes, you can register for one night only. Use the on-line registration form to register. In the comments box, please indicate that you want to register for one night, and also which night (Saturday October 10th or Sunday October 11th). “Take-Your-Time” registration for one night is 20,000 yen (if paid by July 31st), and “Lazy Bastard” registration for one night is 23,000 yen (from August 1st). Haberdashery is included.

12. Will there really be a wedding during Nash Hash?

Answer: Two hashers were planning to have their wedding the same weekend but the happy couple wisely decided to rearrange everything so that they could go to Nash Hash. So it won’t be their main wedding party but you can still celebrate with them during Nash Hash.

13. Do I need an outlet converter for my girly hair appliances?

Answer: There are normal Japanese outlets (compatible with US type I believe). Whatever kind of converter you need, you should bring your own.

14. Also, is there internet access available?

You may have to endure a weekend without the internet! There’s no internet access other than by mobile phone – and reception is very patchy. I can’t even find an internet cafe in Nikko! You’ll be in inaka, you know!
